    In the hospital I work for, the E & M for the ED is outsourced and the E & M for the OBS is done by me. Is it fraud for the outsourcing company to bill all ED visits & for me to bill all OBS visits? Is that double billing? If so, how would you suggest we coordinate coders so we don’t have double billing? This has been an issue here for 3 years now.
